TSL Compression Garments are used in the treatment of Lymphoedema as a preventive measure or to maintain limb size. TSL Compression Garments are designed with a pressure gradient to exert the greatest pressure at the distal end of the limb (ankle/wrist) and decrease the level of compression as you work your way towards the proximal edge of the garment. TSL Compression Garments are available in Custom Made and Ready to Fit Ranges.

Custom Made Garments

TSL Custom Made Compression Garments are designed with the wearer in mind. We work in conjunction with the therapist and patient to ensure that the client benefits from the compression therapy, whilst maintaining comfort and appropriate fit. Our Custom Made Garments are designed and manufactured on an individual basis, paying close attention to each clients needs, which include the level of pressure required, donning and doffing capabilities. Custom Made Compression Garments are available for upper and lower extremities.

Ready to Fit Garments for Upper Extremities

We offer a Ready To Fit Range for the upper extremitiy. These include gauntlet, glove, armsleeve and gauntlet/glove to axilla sleeve. We also offer our Lymhactiv range available in three Colours.

Combination Sizes

Traditionally, there has only ever been two choices when ordering compression garments Custom Made and Ready To Fit . We may now supply you with combination sizes. Which means you may for example request a garment with a medium wrist, large elbow and extra large axilla. Any combination of sizes may be requested.
