As many of you are aware, we have been working hard on developing new order forms which will be available on our website from the 15th of April.
The new look forms have been designed with you the prescriber in mind. We have included garment diagrams and extensive additional options to help you customize your patient garments to best suit their needs. We also have a new hand/foot outline form which prompts you to check the scale on the page before you take your outline which will ensure greater accuracy.
And best of all, our forms will now be available as fillable PDFs to help you save time. But of course, if you prefer you can still print the forms and fill them out manually.
