Our Powernet is the most ideal fabric for compression garments and is proven to have excellent stretch and recovery properties through independent testing with leading compression fabric researchers.
Primatex is a smooth, sleek, durable tricot knit fabric. It easily slides on and off to protect delicate skin when donning and doffing. This fabric moulds excellently to the body, making it a terrific option for introducing patients to compression garments.
UPF-Tex provides a high Ultraviolet Protection Factor that offers UV protection from the sun. This fabric has an ultra-matt finish, is pill and abrasion resistant as well as sunscreen and oil proof.
Premium has a silky finish on the interior aspect and many similar properties and uses to Primatex. It is lighter in weight and has been proven in testing to be able to maintain consistent compression.
Brushback is a Powernet fabric that has a brushed finish applied to the interior aspect of the fabric for softness and comfort. It is used for children’s garments and adult upper extremity.

For any points of irritation or areas prone to dampness, a lining can be applied in sections of the garment to alleviate discomfort. This fabric wicks away moisture from the body and cushions seams to keep garments cool and comfortable. It also provides UV protection and is sunscreen and oil resistant. It is used as a standard in underarm domes on vests and for a closed pubis gusset on lower-body garments.
Neoprene can be used to construct whole garments or be applied in patches to affected areas. It is especially useful for thermal protection and shock absorption in hypersensitive areas.
Clinically proven to prevent and reduce scarring, Silon-TEX® is an advanced medical-grade silicon-backed textile insert material. It can be applied in patches to the interior of a garment to assist with scar management. Additionally, it can be sewn as a pocket to accommodate an insert for extra padding.
Heat Set Grip is a special coating applied on the exterior aspect of Neoprene fabric to assist with grip related issues. It can be applied in patches or used to construct parts of a glove.
Leather can be applied with the leather or suede side up in patches to the exterior of a garment to assist with grip or for extra shock absorption.
