Streamlined Compensable Orders
Efficient Compensable Orders
Our team will assist you with streamlining the process for compensable orders so that your patients can receive their garments as soon as possible. When filling in your order form, ensure you provide us with all the information outlined below and leave the rest to us!
- All patient insurance information including the insurer, employer, date of injury, claim number and case manager contact details.
- A clinical justification including your provider number.
- Copies of any medical referrals relating to the supply of compression garments.
The more information we have, the quicker and easier it is to get an approval! We will forward all relevant information to the insurer and we manufacture and deliver the garments as soon as we receive an approval.
In-House Measure and Fit
We have accessible facilities in our consultation rooms and quick turn arounds as all production is done in-house. Our friendly, experienced team will work with you to come up with one-of-a-kind solutions for every patient. Patients with a referral may book an appointment with us directly by calling or emailing us.

Workshops – In-House or On Site
We run regular measuring workshops for therapists and medical practitioners to learn or refresh their measuring skills and garment knowledge so that we can work together to achieve the best results. Workshops may be organised at our Abbotsford office or a member of our team may travel out to your clinic or hospital to run an on-site session. During a workshop you will learn about:
- How to measure a patient accurately for compression garments
- Our range of fabric, closure and finish options
- How we customise solutions for your patients
Garment Alterations
We are committed to ensuring that all patients receive well fitting Custom Made compression garments. If any fit issues do arise, our experienced staff are happy to discuss the best way to alter the garment. Alterations to the fit of the garment requested within the first 30 days from the original date of manufacture are free of charge.

Telehealth
Within our service to hospitals and therapy practices around Australia and New Zealand, we offer telehealth consultations so we can assist you and your patients no matter where you are based. Telehealth appointments may be over video or voice call and can cover all aspects of measuring and fitting TSL garments.
